ROOYAKKERS, William (Bill)
On June 3, 2012, Mr. Bill Rooyakkers of Winfield passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years.
He is survived by six children, Annie (Peter) Babcock of Gibbons, Walter Rooyakkers of Edmonton, Rose Marie (Albert) LaFrance of Red Deer, Josephine (Peter) Staskiw of Edmonton, Linda (Martin) Maton of Winfield, Martin (Kathy) Rooyakkers of Winfield; eleven grandchildren; two great grandsons; sister, Fransiena Bukkems of Wetaskiwin; two sisters and two brothers in Holland; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Bill was predeceased by his wife, Helen in 2010; parents, Walter and Johanna; as well as three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Winfield Recreation Centre with Reverend Gabriel Udeh officiating. Interment of cremains will follow at Poplar Valley Cemetery.
